Xavier Killingsworth Death, Obituary – Xavier Killingsworth of Arlington Texas, has sadly passed away following a car accident on April 4, 2023 with loved ones, family and the entire community left heartbroken and in grievance. Xavier attended the Veterinary College in Mannuthy, which is located in Kerala, to earn his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
After completing his internship at the University of Pennsylvania, he went on to earn the prestigious certification of Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology (DABT). He was employed for the Food and Drug Administration for a period of thirty years (FDA). He was a devoted follower of both local and international news, and from 6 to 7:30 p.m., he sat glued to the television, switching between several different news stations so that he could get the most comprehensive coverage possible. This period of time was known as “silent time” in the house by his family.
He maintained his qualities of humility and compassion throughout his entire life. He found great pleasure in reading articles published in scientific journals, studying the Bible, and spending time with his six grandkids, especially at “social hour.” This required him to remain seated in his bed while the grandchildren crowded around him. Conversation, laughter, and the sharing of stories continued well past the time that he normally would have been in bed. Those occasions provided him a great deal of delight, and the love that permeated the room could be felt everywhere.
First and foremost, he was a loyal and loving husband, father, and grandfather, and his presence will be sorely missed by all of his surviving family members. On Wednesday, September 7, 2022, there will be a viewing at eleven in the morning, followed by a funeral mass at twelve in the afternoon at St. Francis of Assisi located at 6701 Muncaster Mill Road in Derwood, Maryland 20855. After the Mass, the interment will take place at All Souls Cemetery, which can be found at 1104 Brink Road in Germantown, Maryland 20876.
