Vestelia Wood Obituary, Death – To those of you who are my closest friends and family members, please realize that I am putting a lot of thought and effort into writing this post, and I am addressing it to you specifically. After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Vestelia Wood lost her fight this evening at 7:50 o’clock. Even though we knew that Vestelia Wood was in her final days, nothing can truly prepare you for the loss of a loved one, not even knowing that they are in their last days. Even though we were aware that Vestelia Wood was in her final days, there was absolutely nothing that could have prepared us.

However, because my mother had such a deep faith in God, our family was well equipped to handle anything that life had in store for us because we knew we had God on our side. We are pleading with everyone to get in touch with Troy or me through messenger or the number that I left behind, and we would be extremely grateful for your assistance in doing so. Please. If you could possibly refrain from calling or coming over to the house, that would be very helpful. During this trying time, we ask that you show respect for the family by mourning in an appropriate manner. Thank you.
