Teresa Mayes Obituary, Death – On March 31st, 2023, Ms. Teresa Gayle Mayes passed away in Scottsville, Kentucky, when she was a patient at the care facility known as Cal Turner Rehab & Specialized Care. At the time of her departure, she had reached the age of 64 years old. She felt most at ease when she was in the neighborhood of Franklin, which is situated in the state of Kentucky.

memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 2nd, 2023 at three o’clock in the afternoon, immediately following the visitation that will take place from eleven thirty in the morning until three o’clock in the afternoon at the Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory. The Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory is the location that will be used for the viewing.

Teresa Mayes made her entrance into the world on October 27, 1958, in Franklin, Kentucky. She was born there. Prior to the birth of their daughter, both of her parents, Bobby Mayes and Patricia “Pat” King Mayes, had already departed away.

Pat and Bobby were her father and mother’s names, respectively. When she passed away, her nephew Josh Kelley, who was also a member of her family and had died before her, was already gone. Josh Kelley had preceded her in death. She is survived by one sister, Beth Williams (Al), from Franklin, Kentucky; one brother, Robyn (Leigh) Mayes, from Louisville, Kentucky; two nephews, Paul Kelley and Graham Koenig; three nieces, Hollie Kelley, Caroline Koenig, and Julia Koenig; and five great-nieces and nephews, Easton Kelley, Carson Kelley, Aidan Kinnaird, and Emberton Kelley.
