Stan Harrower Obituary, Stan Harrower Has Died – Death

Stan Harrower Obituary, Death – After learning on March 17 that senior committee member Stan Harrower had passed away at the age of 87, everyone at Deveronvale felt an overwhelming sense of loss and grief. Harrower’s tenure on the committee spanned a considerable amount of time. He had been on the committee for a lengthy period of time up until that point. During his time as a member, Stan has contributed a sizeable amount of time to the committee in the capacity of chair. During the course of more than 15 years, Stan was a constant presence at the Deveronvale tournaments that were held at Princess Royal Park.

These occurrences occurred at various points in time throughout the time period. His demise will be sincerely mourned by anybody and everyone who knew him well. Before Deveronvale’s penultimate home match of current season, which will take place on Saturday, April 15, versus Wick Academy, there will be a moment of silence held in memory of Stan. Wick Academy will be the opponent for this match. The team from Deveronvale will no longer compete in any further games during the current season after this game. As Stan’s daughter Maureen, his son-in-law Ian, and Stan’s grandchildren Ewan and Ross go through this challenging time, we are keeping them in our thoughts and prayers.

At this time, Maureen, Stan’s daughter, is receiving treatment at a hospital. The wake and funeral service for Stan will be held in the Banff Parish Church on Wednesday, March 29, at 1:30 p.m., the day after his passing. The family has requested that “no flowers” be sent in their honor; nevertheless, any donations made in lieu of flowers will be given to local nonprofit groups that support philanthropic causes. Your assistance in this manner would be greatly appreciated by the family.
