Roberta Layne Obituary, Death – Roberta Layne, who was 51 years old and from Greenup, Kentucky, passed away at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, which is located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Roberta is the daughter of Loretta Nelson and the late Robert Davis. She was born on June 29, 1971, in the state of Michigan. She spent the majority of her 26-year career at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland working in radiology.

Her father was the one who passed away first, and she was preceded in death by both her father and her husband, Mark Layne, who passed away seven years ago. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her two brothers, Matt Davis (Chanda) of Vanceburg, Kentucky and Robert Davis (Tereza) of Greenup, Kentucky; her four nephews, Isaac, Matthew, Trevor, and Cameron Davis; her two nieces, Kylee Davis and Hope Davis; one great nephew,

Gabriel; and two great nieces, Payton Davis and Zadie Davis; her best friends, Michaela Hilderbrant, Sammy Travis, Linda Evans, and Rachel Spencer; her step A gathering to honor the deceased’s life will take place at a later time.
