Macie Hill, the young girl who has been identified as having been involved in the accident, was reportedly riding on a float with her Patriot Cheer All Stars dance team prior to the incident, as stated by KUTV, which is a station that is affiliated with CBS. It is believed that the accident occurred while the group was participating in a parade. Hill’s relatives informed the publication that the girl had passed away, and the news was published in the magazine.
