Ye’s public remarks have gotten him into trouble, but it is important to recognize that he has avoided any legal trouble. Additionally, lawyers are advertising in newspapers to get rid of Kanye West as a client. Legal records that AllHipHop received state that he won’t stop the litigation against him.

Readers might, however, believe that Kanye hasn’t been that difficult to track down. After all, information about his covert union with Yeezy architectural designer Bianca Censori has surfaced. Even still, this most recent development shows that lawyers are still unable to track down the rapper. In two newspapers in the Los Angeles area, the Greenberg Traurig Law Firm is currently attempting to run advertising of a withdrawal order. With this “multi-pronged technique,” the firm claims they can locate Kanye more quickly.

Ye will also be made aware of the Withdrawal Order, according to the documents, “through publication of the Withdrawal Order’s contents in two Los Angeles-area newspapers, where Ye appears to reside.” “Given Ye’s public profile, publication of the Withdrawal Order will probably attract significant media interest, leading to broader publicity and providing an even greater possibility of apprising Ye of the Order,” the statement reads.

The Chicago artist was defended by Greenberg Traurig from Ultra International Music Publishing. But after dismissing West, the New York City-based company asked for an extension to continue serving him as a client in December of last year. Before a copyright infringement action against him could move further, lawyers had to serve him.

Additionally, in November of last year, Judge Analisa Torres granted their request to have Ye removed as a client. She also directed the company to personally serve him with a court order by December 14th, 2022. Evidently, that’s when everything started to go wrong.

Thomas St. John, Kanye’s former business manager, claimed to be missing as this was happening. News of his new wife emerged after suspicions about his whereabouts spread like wildfire. They are dedicated to one other, but their union is not enforceable because they did not obtain a marriage certificate. His divorce with Kim Kardashian was previously finalized in November.
