Blinn has been a devoted employee of the organization. Harry D. Blinn served as a dedicated and devoted member of the fire department for over seven decades. His tenure spanned more than seven decades. Honorary Chief Blinn joined the Freeport Fire Department in 1953, and up to the time of his demise, he was an exceptionally active member of the Freeport Fire Department.
