Guenter Best Obituary, Death – On Friday, we are saddened to notify you that Mr. Guenter Best died away. His departure came as a complete surprise. Our hearts go out to you as we share this news with you since we are deeply sorry about the situation. The general agreement among members of our group was that we held an extremely positive opinion of him.

The fact that Guenter was one of the first students to enroll at the School is evidence that he is dedicated to the field of horology as a discipline. In addition to this, the fact that he is willing to share both his knowledge and his experience is an additional sign of how dedicated he is to the field of work that he has decided to pursue. Students from the past, students from the present, and students who will study in the future are the ones who will carry on his teachings and ensure the legacy he leaves behind is maintained.

We have been informed by members of Guenter’s family that there will be a private cremation service at which only immediate family members of Guenter will be present to pay their respects. During this tremendously challenging time, we totally comprehend and respect the need for the family to have privacy, and we will do everything in our power to fulfill this request.
