Glenette Vaughn Obituary, Death – At the time of her passing on March 22, 2023, at the SECU Jim & Betsy Bryan UNC Hospice House, Glenette Mann Vaughn had reached the age of 75 years old. Her funeral was held at the same location. She regarded Pittsboro as her hometown and the place she called home. Glenette Mann entered the world on the 13th of June, 1947, in the county of Alamance in North Carolina.
Her parents were Glenn Mann and Murriel Andrews Mann, but sadly, neither of them lived to see their daughter born. They had both passed away before she was born. Since then, neither one of her parents has lived to see that point in time’s progression into the present day and age. Her husband, Ronnie Vaughn, as well as her two sons, Brian Vaughn and wife Tina of Pittsboro and Todd Vaughn and wife Cheryl of Durham, as well as three granddaughters, Amber Vaughn, Layla Vaughn, and Tori Vaughn, and one grandson, Carter Vaughn, are all living members of her family.
Those who are still with us today include her husband Ronnie Vaughn, her in-laws, and one of her grandchildren. Also still with us is one of her children. Her in-laws include both her and her husband’s parents. Her name was used as a middle name for her grandson, who was named after her. The family will be present at Mt. Olive Baptist Church on the afternoon of Sunday, March 26, 2023, to meet and greet friends beginning at 2:00 PM and continuing until 2:50 PM.
This gathering will take place on the same day as the previous one. In the immediate aftermath of that, at three o’clock in the afternoon, there will be a Funeral Service, and the Reverend Bob Wachs will preside over it as the minister. Following the conclusion of the funeral services, the body will be interred in the cemetery that is located close to the church where the funeral is being held.
