Frank Carlson Obituary, Death – Leon “Frank” Carlson, 62, of Salina, Kansas, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, in Wichita, Kansas, while he was surrounded by his loved ones. On September 25th, 1957, he was welcomed into the world in Salina by his parents, Donald and Barbara (Yingling) Carlson. During the course of many years, Frank was active in the Salina community as a contractor. It was well known that he was outgoing and convivial, that he had a large laugh that was infectious, and that he was always prepared to provide a helping hand.

His wife, Dawn; his children Justin Carlson and Christine Beaman (Aaron); his stepchildren James “Dusty” Reid, Jenna Reid, and Dylan Reid; his grandchildren Nathan Jamison and Kaylee Elliott; his step-grandchildren Addi German and Presley Reid; the mother of his children, Cindy Jamison; a special aunt and uncle, JoAnn Guttry and Earl Carlson; and a large number of cousins are among his survivors. He passed away on April 15, 2018. His mother and father both passed away before him.

It was decided to cremate the body. A Memorial Service or Celebration of Life will take place at a later time. Donations to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital were made as memorials. Please share your condolences with the Carlson family at carlsonfam1957@gmail.com.
