Filipe Oliveira Obituary, Death – We are writing to inform you of the passing of Filipe Oliveira, a close friend and coworker of ours who passed away recently. This is a very difficult and upsetting piece of news for us to deliver to you, and we do so with a lot of sadness. Filipe, who had been battling cancer for a lengthy amount of time prior to his passing on March 24 at the age of 47, had been fighting for a long period.

During this trying time, we want his wife Sónia, and his son Bruno to know that we are thinking of them and praying for them. We have absolutely no idea what to respond with at this point. We love you, Filipe. We are going to miss you in every way possible, and it is difficult for us to put into words how much we will miss you.

I am sorry to hear of the tragedy that has befallen your family and friends. I was able to find the rebirth of my “pet” in the posts that he had made. Considering getting back into the hobby; it’s a shame I didn’t get the chance to see him do such a fantastic job in person, but he did leave behind enough recordings for us to learn from.
