Derek Helgoth Obituary, Death – Kracl Funeral Chapel Inc David City, Nebraska – On March 24th, at the Bryan West hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska, a stunning individual by the name of Derek Helgoth died away. Derek was well-known to a considerable number of people as a result of his position as an assistant coach for the softball teams at Central Community College and Columbus High.

At the time that he worked at Gerrard Park, Derek was also in charge of maintaining and grooming the baseball fields there. His passing will be greatly lamented by anybody who had the privilege of calling him a friend throughout their lifetime.

To put it simply, an outstanding individual in each and every regard. He was not just my nephew but also a reliable buddy all packed into one convenient package for me. At this very moment, preparations are being made for the memorial service that will be held for him. Derek was 41!
