David Streeten Obituary corning NY, Lacrosse coach has died sadly

David Streeten Death ,Obituary –  David Streeten, our beloved AELC coach, passed away yesterday, and it is with a very hard heart that we share the news of his departure with you today. The news of his passing has left us with a very heavy heart. We are going to miss him tremendously. It is not feasible to find the appropriate language to adequately express a scenario such as this one. There are no words that can adequately express it.

When David first arrived at Allen High School the previous year, he was already serving as the head coach of the junior varsity team. When the 2015–2016 school year rolled around, he assumed the role of offensive coordinator for the varsity team as well. David was also highly dedicated to teaching our many programs that were geared toward participants in the younger age group. Participants in these programs included children and teenagers.

He devised and handled our club’s summer box lacrosse program, which he moreover instructed privately to a sizable number of individuals and shared with other clubs in the area. In addition to that, he allowed other clubs in the area to participate in this initiative by making it available to them.

The echoes of Coach Streeten yelling “Maryland” over the Curtis field as he led the offense in the thick of the battle are something that will stay with us for the rest of our lives. It is something that we will never forget. Coach Streeten, you’re making progress in the correct way, so keep it up!
