David Bailey Obituary, Death – After a long and difficult fight against illness, David Bailey, age 56, son of Diana and the late Fred Bailey, passed away in a gentle manner on February 28, 2023. David spent his formative years on Semple Avenue, where he later went on to receive his education at West Kildonan Collegiate and Red River College (Systems Analyst 4). He was devoted to his work at MTS (Bell) and had served the company for 37 years. Dave was able to continue working from home despite his sickness, which allowed him to maintain his relationship with his coworkers and benefit from the support they offered him on his path. Dave was known as the “one to ask” about everything and everything. “All roads went to Dave” when it came to his team at MTS. You Rule.

The time he spent traveling during the summer was his favorite part of the year. When he was a young boy, he spent his summers at a number of different camps. Once he became an adult, he continued to spend time at Long Lake with his father Fred, uncle Leslie Carlson, and godfather Clive Derham, where he indulged his lifelong passion for fishing. Another activity that the two enjoyed doing together was hunting. Boots, the cat that David cherished as a buddy, will be saddened by David’s passing.

Edward Richliwski, Diana’s spouse, as well as numerous aunts and uncles, including Floyd, George, Norman, and Camille, as well as a large number of cousins, are all grieving the loss of Dave. Dave’s great-uncles Jim and Leslie, as well as his aunts Joyce and Eileen, all passed away before him. Your life was a blessing, and the memories you’ve left behind are a priceless treasure.
