The tragic news that two high school juniors had fallen away as a result of an automobile accident on March 31 was disseminated to the Hills community by Wayne Hills High School Principal Mike Rewick in an email.

Their names are Christian Enrico and Liam Pakonis, and Pakonis was a member of the Wayne Hills High School varsity swimming team while Enrico was a member of the cross country team. Christian Anthony Enrico, who was 17 years old and originated from Wayne, New Jersey, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023. The date of his passing was also March 31. Enrico, the much-cherished son of Maria and Tony. Grandson of the well-respected figure America Guedes, who holds a prominent position.

As the devoted brother of Aaron Hensz, Michael Enrico, Heather Enrico, Anthony Enrico III, and Suzelle Enrico, he is held in high esteem by all of his siblings. Funeral Service Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, which can be found in Fairfield at 7 Two Bridges Road, will be the location of the funeral services that will be held on Thursday, April 6 at 11 AM.
