Caesar Williams Obituary, Death – Caesar Williams Sr. made his debut into the world on April 28, 1938, in Newport News, Virginia. Curley Williams and Nancy Matthews Williams were his parents. He was their son. He was the seventh of a total of ten children in the family. The family was actively involved in the Greater Walter’s AME Zion Church throughout its history. After having attended Booker T. Washington Elementary School, he continued his education at the prestigious Huntington High School, from which he graduated in 1956. Both schools could count on his active participation in class.

Mr. Williams obtained his bachelor’s degree in health and physical education in 1961 from Morgan State University, where he had majored in the field while pursuing his study there. After some time, he became acquainted with Josephine Harmon, a once well-known resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They chose Philadelphia as the location for their wedding on November 4, 1961, and it took place there. Between the years 1961 and 1963, he served in the United States Army. His enlistment lasted for those two years. Mr. Williams worked as a probation officer for adolescents for the Family Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia from 1965 to 1995.

His employment there spanned the years 1965 to 1995. Following thirty years of dedicated work, he decided to resign from his role as supervisor. As a result of the position he had, he was in a position to collaborate directly with troubled adolescents and offer assistance in bringing about good changes in their lives. In addition to that, he worked as an assistant teacher in the classroom.
