Suter, who had lived for 87 years and died at the age of 87, passed away with his daughter Jennifer at his side in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Billie A. Suter’s lifespan was accounted for. During his life, Mr. Suter has called the towns of Oakley, Kansas, Wichita, Kansas, Kaw City, Oklahoma, and most recently Hot Springs, Arkansas, his permanent home. Mr. Suter became well-known and left his imprint in each of these places until he finally settled down in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Bill spent his life engaged in many activities, but sailing and fishing were always among his favorites.

He spent his life engaged in a wide range of activities. William built a twelve-foot fishing boat as a senior year project for his wood shop class at Oakley High School. There were twelve feet of boat. The boat was around 12 feet in length. After 40 years, Billie and his brother Don constructed a 38-foot long house boat on Kaw Lake and named it “Kaw Tiki.” As long as the ghosts want her to, she’ll keep sailing in a clockwise loop around the lake.
